"I’ve come three times for different bridal events and all three times I’ve been happy, but today even more so! I was with Stav today for my wedding nails and she was so nice and patient. Checking in with me each step of the way to make sure I liked the shape, design, color, etc and giving me different options. I came with an Ai photo (I didn’t know it was Ai 😭) so ofc it was hard to get exactly like it but I ended up liking what she did better! 10/10 would go back to her and akiko!"

"I had a fantastic experience here getting my nails done for my bachelorette party! Everyone at the salon was really kind and welcoming and the space was cute and clean. My technician Annah did an incredible job on my nails.. they turned out perfectly! Not sure why this place has gotten so many negative reviews lately… I can be a little high maintenance especially with nails but I would highly recommend!"

"This place is extremely extremely extremely overpriced and overhyped. I paid almost $260 for very basic and elementary nails. I thought this place were good with designs based on what I seen online. They did not deliver. I had much better designs from less expensive places in the hood. Not only that, but the tech took 5 hours to do hard gel extensions with a solid color and basic and modern designs. I was there from the time the place opened at 11 AM and left around 4:15 PM. The designs weren't even intricate and she still struggled because she couldn't do them. She had to redo the designs several times and atp, I just wanted it to be over. I'm not too sure if this place is aware of their employees' strengths, but the nail tech I had was not time efficient, nor did she know how to do designs. They do enjoy taking your money and with these prices, they need to make sure that they are time efficient and great with designs for how much they charge. It's extremely sad. I had a pedicure scheduled and I just decided to cancel that due to the time and the egregious amount of money that I spent on the nails alone. I actually went out of my way to try this place out and my first experience was horrible. The lines on the designs are not even uniform and I absolutely hate the way my left pinky was shaped. You would think that since it took 5 hours, everything would've been immaculate, but no."

"Less than one week and my gel x came off for my birthday nails. This place used to be good in 2021, nail techs that knew how to do gel x application. I went in Dec and they charged me 200 for gel with air brush. Insane. Then it’s started chipping off 8 days later, right outside the window of when they’d fix it. Think that was a fluke, now I got my birthday nails and a pedicure and it was almost the same price? And with the huge snow storm I can’t go and get them fixed. Will not be returning after this experience."
